Editorial policy & corrections

Clear sources, identifiable authors and visible publication dates help readers assess information.

Content types

StockView Blog contains guides and explanations. StockView News contains original editorial posts published through our editor. Exchange disclosures are labelled with their original source. Attributed third-party summaries are labelled separately and link to the original report.

Sources and dates

Check the publication date, reporting period and linked evidence before relying on a figure. Historical records, delayed quotes, projections and current verified exchange disclosures should not be treated as interchangeable. A StockView news post does not automatically update verified company financial records.

Authors and review

Articles identify their author. Reviewer information is displayed only when entered by the editor for a real review. A name or biography alone is not proof of professional accreditation. Source references support checking claims; they do not mean that the source endorses StockView.

Corrections

To request a correction, contact stockviewapp@gmail.com with the article URL, the disputed statement and supporting evidence. Updates should explain material corrections in the article. Saved editorial versions are retained privately.

Financial information

Content is provided for information and education. Calculator returns depend on assumptions and do not guarantee future results. Articles are not personalised investment advice. Verify the applicable exchange, regulator or institution’s original documents before acting.

Publishing responsibility

Editors should publish original, useful work; cite sources; identify estimates; and avoid unsupported claims, copied articles or fabricated author credentials. Any commercial relationship relevant to an article should be disclosed visibly in that article.
